This process usually takes 2 3-day visits to achieve competence in implementing and maintaining a QMS.

INTERNAL AUDITS
ISO 9001, and Q1 require an Internal Audit of your entire Quality Management System once every 12 months. APEXAAC's Internal Audit reports meet all of the requirements of your ISO 9001, and Q1 systems.

Only competent and trained auditors perform Internal Audits for APEXAAC to ensure your organization will not only meet the requirements of your specification but will also have a value added audit.

Internal Audit days vary due to the size of the location and employees. A minimum of 3 days is required for an effective audit.

QMS TRAINING
Training is done at your facility by competent personnel with many years experience in implementing and maintaining Quality Management Systems. This training is designed for Management Representatives and other positions within the organization that will help with the implementation and maintenance of their QMS. Training will be on the requirements of your specification, your Quality Manual, Procedures and forms needed to meet requirements.

INTERNAL AUDIT TRAINING
Training is ideal for organizations that would like to complete their own Internal Audits in the future. The training will take place at your facility and will help future auditors understand the basics of auditing that can include; how to audit, what to audit, how to fill out the audit report and what to do after the audit is over. Due to specification requirements, you will want more than one person in the training class.
